| Wipes, Fasteners and Nappy Bags |
| Nappy Wipes, fasteners (or nippas), wet nappy bags - here we have all the bits and pieces that you may need to go wtih your new cloth nappies. Washable baby wipes may not be something you have considered, but I find the savings in cost alone to be well worth the minimal laundry effort! You can buy special wipes or, if you have a sewing machine, you can easily make your own from old towels, or muslins. Or why not use face cloths?
You can use washable wipes with plain water or make your own lotion to use with them. Click here for some recipes which I use with our wipes.

Unbleached long loop terry on one side and soft microfleece on the other, these no nonsense compact washable wipes are ideal for out and about, measuring roughly 6x4inches. Sold in packs of 10 - simple, effective, what more can I say? They certainly work a good deal better on dirty bottoms than disposable ones, and you can just pop in the wash with the nappies.

If you have chosen terries, then these gadgets will prove indispensable! Nappy or Snappi nippas are the safe new way to fasten your baby's nappy without sticking baby or yourself with sharp safety pins.
Simply put the nappy on, hold the nappy nippa in place then stretch and grip three ways.

Available in Natural only. Gorgeously soft, luxurious bamboo face cloths, supplied in a pack of 5. Each pack is neatly presented in it's own carry bag. Would make a lovely gift. Of course you *could* use them on your baby's bottom, which is why I've included them here, but I wouldn't mind betting you'll be reluctant to once you've felt them!

Gorgeously soft organic flannelette baby wipes, edged in either pink and red cotton (Rose), or blue and green (Ocean). Approximately 25cm square, these are absorbent and soft, ideal for cleansing baby's bottom, and can be washed with the baby's washable nappies too. Can be washed at 60-90 degrees C.

NEW! Baby vests don't always easily accomodate washable nappies these days, so we've located these vest extenders which will resolve the issue nicely. Simply popper onto baby's vest to give an extra 3 inches of fabric around the nappy area. Each extender has 3 poppers on each side.

These are fantastic for storing wet and dirty nappies when you're out and about! These draw-string, water resistant bags made by Tots Bots keep wet and soiled nappies contained when away from home and your bucket. They now come in one (large) size, which holds up to 10 dirty nappies - so plenty big enough for a day at nursery or the childminder's.

For babies who are getting a bit wide around the hips for their One Size nappy, this is a rather cheaper option than buying a new set of nappies! The One Size extender is a strip of polyester fabric with 4 extra popper fastenings on it, which you attach to your One Size nappy, and then do up on the setting you need.
