| Breast Pads |
| In my experience, breast pads are essential equipment for the breastfeeding mother and, whether you're planning to breastfeed or not, I'd recommend that you take at least one pair to hospital for when your milk comes in. Washable breast pads are so much more comfortable than the disposable ones commonly available on the High Street. Can you imagine stuffing a wet tissue into the bottom of your bra? Paper pads all do ruckle down to lodge under your breast in a very soggy, uncomfortable manner.
I have reduced the range of breast pads I offer on the basis of feedback from those of you who use them - personally, I've always found the cotton ones the most efficient and most comfortable, and it seems you agree. The wool/silk ones are extremely good for helping to heal sore or tender nipples, as they are so light and breathable. |
Made of 100% cotton with a water resistant breathable outer layer. Moisture is kept inside to give security against leaks, even though the breathability is high. Can be machine washed at 60°. Sold in packs of 3 pairs (6 pads) in white only.
