Used internally, these small sponges simply absorb the menstrual flow, and can then be removed, rinsed and replaced. A set of two menstrual sea sponge tampons, supplied with a drawstring storage bag. Use internally in place of a tampon - full instructions supplied with each set. Menstrual sponges are suitable for use from the first menses. There is no string for removal, the sponge will slip lower down as it becomes saturated making it easy to remove.
