Cheque or postal order: your order form will be emailed to me automatically when you have finished shopping, and I will then put your order together and hold your order here, awaiting arrival of your cheque. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Plush Pants, quoting your order number on the back.

By cash: I am happy to accept cash in face-to-face transactions. Please do not send cash through the post.

I aim to have all orders despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your cleared payment for them (about 90% are!), although in busy periods and school holidays, please allow a little longer. If you are paying by cheque, please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.

Charges for standard UK mainland postage and packing are as follows:

Up to £50	£2.95
Over £50	£FREE

If you require your order by Special Delivery (guaranteed next day service), then please indicate this on your order form. In this case, the postage charge will be £7.95 irrespective of the value of the order.

These prices apply to UK mainland only. If you would like an order shipping outside of this area, please contact me for a quotation.


Delivery:

I do advise that you allow up to 28 days between placing your order and receiving your goods – this will allow plenty of time for the unforeseen and, in most circumstances, your order will be delivered well within this time. However, my despatch routine is as follows:

If you are paying by card, I aim to despatch your order within two working days of receiving payment. If you are paying by cheque, I aim to despatch your order as soon as your cheque has cleared (please allow 5 working days for this). On top of this, please allow at least 7 days for delivery, from the date of despatch (so 9 days for a card order, 12 days for a cheque order).

If you are local to Long Wittenham, Abingdon and prefer to collect your goods, please telephone me to arrange a mutually convenient time to do this. If you have paid the postage charge this will be refunded on collection.

Back Orders:

If an item is out of stock, I will automatically place it on back order for you, and your invoice will advise that this has been done. You are welcome to contact me for an estimated delivery date for back ordered goods. If you would prefer to cancel your back order, you are also welcome to do that.

I will not charge you for back ordered goods until they are in stock and despatched to you unless you have Paid via Nochex which automatically charges your Card immediately.

Refunds and exchanges:

If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in its new and re-saleable condition within 14 days and I will send you a replacement, or refund you the purchase price (excluding P&P). Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns. I cannot refund or credit washed/used nappies or wraps. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using - if you have ordered a large number of nappies, it might be sensible only to wash a few to begin with, until you're sure you're happy with your purchase.

When returning goods, I recommend that you obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit.

Please note that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 days which starts when you receive your goods. During this period, you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever. This notice shall be deemed to fulfil Plush Pants' obligation to inform you of your rights, and all orders will be accepted on the understanding that you have been so informed.

Privacy Policy:

Plush Pants will NOT disclose any buyer's information collected by ourselves either by email or given at the time of ordering, to any third parties. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

I may from time to time use your postal and/or email address details to send you further information which may be of interest to you. Such information will only be in relation to Plush Pants products and services and at no time will your personal information be divulged to third parties. If you do not which to receive this information please email Christine@plushpants.com with your details and the subject line 'No Info' - I will amend my database details accordingly.
