NEW Updated Version - now with PUL! Pack of 5 reusable potty training pants - this mixed pack will include a selection of colours suitable for a boy (more blues), girl (more pinks) or unisex (suitable for either) - colours cannot be specified in these packs, however the trainer pants are available to order singly if you prefer. These trainer pants have a layer of short-loop cotton terry on the inside, and cotton jersey (like a t-shirt) on the outside. Sandwiched between these, in an enlarged gusset shape, is a layer of foam for absorbancy, with a PUL waterproof layer outside that - this makes the new version of these popular pants much nicer as there is no rustling sound as you used to get with the old version. I have used these on 2 of my daughters. Wee containment is excellent. There is no actual running leak out of the pants - the water does spread around the fabric, and so wicks onto the leg bindings and around the top of the enlarged waterproof gusset, but it is all contained within the pants. I find they give enough protection to keep the clothes dry while you find the nearest loo, so if you didn't happen to pick up a change of outfit before leaving home, it probably won't be needed anyway.

The pants come in four sizes, S M L and XL. The fit of these is somewhat controversial, and depends more on the build of your toddler than on any easily given weight or age limits! The size guide given in the pants is by weight and waist measurement (though I'd not put too much store by the waist guide), and is as follows: Small - waist 52cm, height 84cm, weight 12kg; Medium - waist 53cm, height 92cm, weight 14kg; Large - waist 54cm, height 100cm, weight 16kg; Extra large - waist 55cm, height 108cm, weight 18kg. If your child is slim, you may need a smaller size, if your child is chubby, especially on the thighs, you may need to go up a size. My daughters wore both medium and large quite happily, though the medium were a better fit on skinny legs and the large were better on chunky legs. Children over 3 would probably need large or extra large, under 3 probably medium/large, and under 2 small or medium. Sorry not to be more helpful, by all means ring me for guidance if you're unsure which size to order!

Wash on a cool or warm wash - up to 40 deg is usually OK - and dark colours separately. Cannot be tumble dried.
