Shipping & Delivery
UK delivery is free on orders of £30 or more, and £2.95 for orders below £30.  Smaller orders are usually sent by Royal Mail, larger and bulky orders are usually sent by Parcelforce.  We may occasionally use an alternative courier.  UK customers can also choose Express Delivery at £7.95 whatever the value of your order - this is a guaranteed next working day delivery for orders placed by 12noon, and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Parcelforce 24hr service.  If you are local to us in South Oxfordshire, and would like to collect your order, please state when ordering.  We will let you know when the order is ready for collection.
Delivery to European countries is £8.95, and to the rest of the world is £10.00 - however if your order is particularly bulky or heavy and will cost significantly more to send, we reserve the right to charge more for delivery.  If your order is affected, we will contact you to advise the shipping cost, and you can choose whether to pay the extra, or cancel part or all of your order.  We do not store your payment information and will not take any extra payment from you without your express consent.
Please note that we cannot send Tots Bots or Mother-ease products to destinations outside the UK.  We are also unable to send Charlie Banana products to Bulgaria, Cyprus or Greece.
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy and security extremely seriously.  This website is PCI compliant for your security.  We will not pass your details on to anyone else, and will only use them for the purpose of dealing with your order.  If you have signed up to our newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from us.
Returns & Replacements
Great care is taken to ensure that all products despatched are in perfect condition.  However if your order does not meet your expectations, we will do all we can to put it right.  Any goods purchased from us can be returned in brand new re-saleable condition, complete with any labels and packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for any reason at all.  Please state when returning items whether you would like a refund, or an alternative product.  
If you have a faulty item, please contact us by phone or e-mail to discuss the problem before returning the item.  A photograph of the defect is very helpful.  We will then advise you how to proceed.  
Orders can be placed on our website any time of the day or night, seven days a week.  Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day.  If any items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to advise you.  To keep packaging waste to a minimum, we prefer to ship orders when complete, however if you require any part of your order urgently, it may be possible to part-ship it for you (UK only).  Orders from outside the UK will only be shipped when complete.  
If you get halfway through an order and realise you need some advice, just save your basket and contact us - we'll always be happy to help you.  There is usually a nappy advisor in the office between 9am - 4pm on week days.  Outside of these times you may be able to get some help via our Facebook page.  Or you can send us an e-mail and we'll respond as soon as we're back in the office.
We are also happy to accept orders by telephone.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Current payment methods available include credit or debit cards, Paypal, and bank transfer.  
We regularly review our pricing to ensure that it is competitive and fair.  If you see products cheaper elsewhere, do let us know, we may be able to price match.  Please ensure you have included delivery costs when asking for a price match.
